No trash, littering, or dumping is allowed anywhere on the lot
Hazardous or prohibited materials may not be brought onto or stored on the property
Mechanical repairs or maintenance work are not permitted
Tire services are not allowed, with the exception of steer tires only
No oil, coolant, or other fluid changes may be performed on the lot
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property
